Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient at Fort Frances Physicians Group.  Our physicians are not accepting any new patients at this time. 

Non-rostered residents of the Rainy River District are welcome to fill out our waitlist form and add their name to our waitlist. Your submission will be held in sequential order and our office will reach out to you once we are accepting new patients. We will attempt to phone you three times at the phone number provided, if we cannot reach you your name will be removed from the waitlist.
